Right Royal Reptiles reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The animals we offer are investment quality and we expect them to be treated with respect, housed and cared for properly.All purchases will include a full caresheet for the specific animal purchased.

Livestock:
Here at Right Royal Reptiles we pride ourselves on the quality of our livestock and all snakes bred by us will be healthy, feeding on rodents of the appropriate size, and correctly sexed (unless otherwise agreed). We will from time to time offer animals that have not been bred at  Triple R and we cannot offer the same guarantee as those we have bred ourselves.All of Triple R animals will come with a picture I.D and a guarantee of genetics.

At Right Royal Reptiles we keep records of each and every one of the animals in our care and records will be supplied on collection/delivery of the animal. The records will show details regarding feeding,shedding and hatch date .They will also include information on the animals parents, weight progress and genetics.

Payment:

In order for an animal to be reserved a 25% deposit must be paid and arrangements made for the balance to be paid in an agreed time scale.By placing a deposit on an animal you agree that if for any reason the order is not completed in the agreed time the 25% deposit will not be refunded as you will in effect be taking the animal away from would be purchasers .However once you have recieved your order should you wish to cancel you have 7 working days to do so and your payment will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee .  All snakes must be paid for in full prior to shipping or collection. Payment can be made by cash (cash must be sent by guaranteed delivery), personal cheque (cheques must clear before delivery / collection), direct bank transfer, credit card (via Paypal).Please be aware and note :depending on amount of purchase Paypal transactions will be liable to a fee.

Shipping:

Collection is always recommended / preferred, as this ensures the animal safety and well being. Delivery can be organised with a courier (at purchasers expense), but Right Royal Reptiles takes no responsibility for any injury or death resulting from Shipping.

Right Royal Reptiles reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. Our price list does not constitute an offer, quotation or estimate. Discounts are entirely at our discretion.

As an enthusiastic reptile breeder we are always looking to expand and diversify our collection and may from time to time be interested in trades.

Returns:

In the unlikely event you are unhappy with our animals, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving or collecting the animal and depending on circumstances we may either replace them (if stock allows), or refund the purchase price upon the return to us of the original animal.Any refunds issued will be in the form of a credit note for the full amount minus any fee,s incured.If you do not contact us in the 24 hour period then we assume you are happy with your animal and Right Royal Reptiles has no further responsibility for your animal. 

We must be notified immediately if there are any complications with the animal and we require the return of deceased animals to conduct an independent veterinarian evaluation to determine cause of death which will be paid for by the purchaser in advance. Final desicion will be at the sole discretion of Right Royal Reptiles. We recommend you sex your snakes on arrival therefore in the unlikely event of a mistake on our part this can be rectified. All obligations of Right Royal Reptiles cease if you do not contact us within the 24 hour period.Should any dispute arise it will be applicable to the UK law.
